EXPERIQS is an interdisciplinary engineering R&D organization that partners with industry to solve complex, high-impact challenges. Working as an extended R&D arm, we collaborate closely with OEMs and technology-driven organizations to support critical engineering decisions where performance, reliability, safety, and design trade-offs directly shape outcomes.
Founded as an IIT Bombay spin-off, EXPERIQS was established by two IIT Bombay professors, an IIT Bombay Gold Medalist alumnus, and two seasoned engineering professionals with deep industrial experience. We bring together PhD-led, multi-domain expertise across structural, thermal, fluids, materials, manufacturing, and AI/ML applying advanced simulation , experimentation, and analytical methods to deliver precise, efficient, and ROI-driven engineering solutions.

We start by defining the problem scientifically, capturing requirements, constraints, standards, and failure modes. We benchmark prior art and literature to translate ambiguity into measurable metrics and clear hypotheses.

We map governing physics, limits, uncertainties, and key sensitivities using first-principles analysis. Multiple concepts are developed, compared, and down-selected with transparent trade-offs before heavy design investment.

We build validated numerical models to explore design space, optimize performance, and predict real-world behavior. Results are converted into engineering decisions not just plots.

We design test plans, prototypes, and validation protocols to correlate models with data. We then deliver actionable insights, risk closure, and a TRL-ready roadmap for scale-up and product decisions.
