Path to Partnership

The process begins when you reach out to us with an initial enquiry. At this stage, we seek to understand your company, product domain, and the broad nature of your requirement so we can assess how best to support you. If you already have a specific problem statement, you may share it with us, and we will review it to determine how our experience and capabilities align with your needs.

We then schedule an introductory meeting to discuss your needs in greater detail. This conversation helps us understand your technical challenges, project objectives, timelines, and the outcomes you are looking to achieve.

Where confidentiality is important, we put a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place before moving into deeper discussions. We then work closely with your team to clarify technical requirements, scope, deliverables, assumptions, and project constraints.

Based on the information gathered, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the recommended approach, scope of work, methodology, timelines, deliverables, and commercial estimate. This provides a clear basis for evaluation and decision-making. The proposal is finalized only once both teams are fully aligned and in mutual agreement on all key technical and commercial terms.

For projects that require validation before full-scale execution, we may propose a Proof of Concept or pilot phase. This helps confirm technical feasibility, demonstrate value, reduce uncertainty, and build confidence in the proposed solution.

Once the proposal is approved, the engagement moves into execution. The work is carried out through a structured plan with defined milestones, regular progress reviews, and close coordination with your team to ensure alignment throughout the project.

At the completion stage, we finalize the agreed deliverables and review the outcomes against the defined objectives. This ensures that the project is closed in a structured manner with clarity on what has been achieved.

At the end of the engagement, we provide a detailed final report along with supporting documentation, key findings, and relevant knowledge transfer. This ensures your team can smoothly adopt, use, and build upon the outcomes of the project.

Collaboration Models

Whether you need ongoing R&D support, help on a clearly defined engineering project, faster access to proven technology, or a long-term strategic development partner, Experiqs can structure the collaboration around what works best for your organization. We work with clients through flexible engagement models that can support continuous innovation, milestone-based execution, co-development, custom build-to-spec programs, IP licensing, and outcome-linked partnerships. This allows you to choose the right balance of speed, ownership, risk-sharing, and technical depth based on your internal priorities, procurement structure, and product roadmap.

From solving specific technical challenges to enabling larger innovation programs, our goal is to make collaboration practical, aligned, and value-driven from the start. We adapt to the maturity of your requirement, the complexity of the problem, and the level of partnership you want to build so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
